Tim Timebomb’s Rock and Roll Theater

Posted on 04 November 2011 by TH3 No08

If you’re looking for some musical/rock/theater to pass the time then look no further. Tim Armstrong of the legendary punk band Rancid has written his own musical that takes place in the seedy underbelly of Rock and Roll. Check out this first episode and see what Armstrong brings to his latest project.

Homage to the classic American Musicals, Tim Timebomb’s RockNRoll theater centers on Armstrong as today’s punk rock Rod Serling, leading and narrating suspenseful episodes with a variety of special guest actors and musicians. Each Episode features extensive song and dance numbers with hard-hitting rock musical songs and rousing dance numbers all wrapped in a dark edge and all written by Armstrong.

The Muppets Movie looks better and better with each trailer. I thought the early themed trailers were ok but once they got into the actual stories and characters it looks really entertaining. Look for it to hit the theaters just in time for the holidays, 11-23-2011.

New Batman Live Trailer

Posted on 20 July 2011 by Christian

Watch a new TV trailer for the world-touring Batman Live show. Looks like Batman meets Cirque du Soleil.

Based on an original story being created exclusively for the show, Batman Live is a theatrical extravaganza of thrilling stunts, acrobatic acts and illusions. Never before has Gotham City, Wayne Manor, the Batcave and Arkham Asylum been brought to life on stage in a more visually exciting way. Join Batman and Robin as they battle their nemesis The Joker and other super-villains such as The Riddler, Catwoman, The Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, set on destroying Gotham City.

The Poster Wall #1

Posted on 18 March 2011 by TH3 No08

Now that I’ve grown up (and my wife will no longer let me hang them in the living room) I keep the walls of the studio where we record our podcast covered in movie posters to keep us inspired when we lose our spark. I hope you find some cool posters in this column that inspire you. Let’s get going…

Lets start off with a collection of posters for what looks to be a huge summer blockbuster and that’s Pirates of
